We want this process to be interactive, very site-specific, and customized to your needs.
Initial Consultation & Site Analysis
Consulting with the homeowner, face to face, is our first step to formulating a customized plan for your landscape. During this conversation, we will walk the property together to observe, discuss, and determine your challenges on site as well as any future goals.
Our team will point out some obvious opportunities before leaving the site, based on client feedback & our customary Site Analysis [ i.e. solar aspect, wind orientation, soil conditions, micro-climates, etc].
Conceptual Design & Master Planning
Our design team consolidates the site details, then the creative process begins. Typically, an initial concept map is created, combining both existing and newly proposed components, and a rough budget is clearly identified. Back-and-forth between the client at this stage is common.
This process all-together can take up to 2 or more weeks to prepare, based on the scale and scope of the project ( and size of property). Once our team feels emboldened by the clients feedback, a final design will then be presented.
Site Development & Presentation
Upon completion of a design, we will provide information regarding specific materials and budgets in order to implement the proposed plan by our team.
Upon review, we will discuss the options available for the implementation phase of your project. We emphasize the use of quality materials, the highest standards of craftsmanship, and an accurate and realistic timeline to complete the project.
Design Fees are based on scope of work & size of property. Fees can range from$250-$2500+
